Rebecca graduated with her undergrad in Marriage and Family Studies and then went on to obtain a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. She has worked extensively with both adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, most recently at a highly regarded eating disorder treatment facility for four years. In therapy, she believes in empowering her clients to identify their own worth and truth through a variety of research-based practices while still focusing on individualized care for each client. She especially loves supporting families and couples in their efforts to change and grow together.

Rebecca was born and raised in southern California and loves to soak up sunshine and run down to Disneyland whenever possible. She enjoys reading, sewing, baking, going for drives up the canyon, and most of all being with her family as much as possible. She and her husband, Erik have one little girl born last year.
