I believe that one of the most important aspects in our lives are the relationships we build. If we are able to develop and maintain healthy relationships, we can find connection, peace, and purpose. I am passionate about helping people develop the skills to have healthy relationships, whether that means working with individuals, couples, or families. I believe therapy can help us on the path to creating meaningful relationships through vulnerability, communication, and healing.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, or families. I have experience in working with a diverse population and a variety of concerns. I understand that the path to emotional and mental well-being is a hard one, and I would be honored to be a part of it. As a mental health professional, I aspire to create a safe, open, and empathetic space in the therapy room.
