Christina completed a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. She previously worked to develop curriculum for parenting classes which she taught at BYU. Christina primarily works from an attachment and systemic framework and believes that healing is possible as we learn to non-judgmentally embrace our own emotion and express ourselves honestly with those we care about. Her goal is to create a safe space where all of her clients can have a voice, be heard, progress, and start the process of healing.

Christina was raised in a suburb of Chicago and served an LDS mission to Albuquerque, NM. She loves CrossFit, spending time outside, going to the movies with her husband, Larsen, and being with her family.
