As a woman, you travel a unique path through this life. Sometimes you experience obstacles and pain along the way. Your relationships are so important to you, but you may not always know the best way to deal with your spouse, your children, your own parents, etc. Sometimes you don’t know who to talk to about your struggles. You may face depression, grief, or continue to deal with trauma from your past that still crops up in your current relationships. You long for healing and peace of mind.
I offer warmth and understanding to my clients. I bring my personal life experiences and many years of training and therapy experience to our work together. I call on my training in marriage and family therapy, parenting, the treatment of depression, and trauma treatment to help women heal and begin moving forward in a healthier manner.
Sometimes it’s difficult to reach out for help. It’s takes courage to make that first move, but I invite you to give it a try. Feel free to call or email me if you are interested in meeting. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation if that will be helpful.
