Is someone in your family hurting?
Perhaps the whole family needs a little help?
Your family is your greatest treasure. When something isn’t going well, it really hurts. We know how hard you try to fix the problem, but sometimes you need the help of an expert. It takes courage to seek for help, but it is also a wonderful gift you give your loved ones. Marriages do heal. Parents and children do find loving connection. At Lakewood Family Therapy, we specialize in helping families heal.
"Unless we change our direction, we are likely to end up where we are headed."
Meet Lisa Bishop
Lisa studied Human Development at Warner Pacific College as an undergrad and graduated from Brigham Young University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. One of her personal quests has been to find theories and methods that are effective in her therapy practice, are supported by research, and fit well with her LDS beliefs. Lisa believes that therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy. Sometimes humor and fun is the best medicine.
